Ryan Carson writes about keeping a balance in our lives, and how this can be so hard when your passion or hobby is your work.

When you’re passionate about the Web industry having a work/life balance can be tough. The Web is ‘made’ to be convenient to access, it’s ‘made’ to tempt you at the weekends. It sits in your pocket and pings you to remind you to play with it. It would try the patience of a saint.

It’s a good summary of the issue and is part of what I was getting at in my interview with Ian Hines. Ryan also shares some ideas on how he tries to maintain a healthy balance.
